I returned from a Fort Myers, Florida area trip in June. Saw lots of tarpon with some great shots at big ones who followed the fly, although none committed to eating the fly. That’s just how it sometimes goes. Along with casting flies at tarpon, my stays at Cabbage Key Inn and Tarpon Lodge in the Pine Island Sound area were fantastic. Watch for an upcoming piece on this experience.
